Five Acres Schoolhouse started with a simple belief: kids learn best when learning feels real. Not worksheets for the sake of worksheets, but hands-on, in-the-dirt, ask-a-hundred-questions kind of learning, the kind that sticks because it's connected to actual life.
I bring my background in education to everything here, so while the activities are built to feel like play, they're rooted in real teaching principles. Every resource is designed with intention: to build curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence.
Five Acres Schoolhouse is here to support homeschooling families. Whether it's a lesson pulled straight from the garden, a math problem hidden in a recipe, or a science experiment born out of an everyday question, the goal is the same: learning that's interactive, memorable, and grounded in the real world.
